The 'Buddha Mind' is 'Still' as it knows Truth and lives in the eternal moment called - 'NOW'! Remember: Buddha is not a name, it is a title. The truth gets a chance to be heard in the purity of silence. And to still the mind, you have to meditate, you have to turn inwards, you have to look within.

You will reach your heart only when your mind becomes still.
